About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Deal Desk Manager to establish and lead the Deal Desk function within our Revenue Operations team. This is a foundational role that will bring structure, accuracy, and insight to how we assess, price, and forecast our revenue opportunities across the sales cycle.
Unlike traditional SaaS businesses, our model is transactional - we don’t rely on contracts or fixed commitments. Our revenue comes directly from donation volume, so the Deal Desk will play a critical role in ensuring that pipeline estimates and deal values are accurate, consistent, and grounded in real data about nonprofit donation behavior.
