What you’ll do:

• Support operations and conduct data analytics projects to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making or solution development.
• Implement data standards and deploy automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics.
• Construct data sets, monitor data quality, troubleshoot and resolve database issues to ensure data integrity.
• Utilize scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, a quantitative field, or equivalent field of study
• 4+ years of experience working on business or data analytics projects.
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts and methods, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and forecasting. Ability to apply these techniques to solve business problems.
• Experience in creating clear, compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to prepare data for analysis.

SALARY RANGE: $86,000 - $137,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
