  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles.
  • Ability to use Python for data preparation, automation, or advanced analysis.
  • Experience with generative AI tools for analysis or coding is a plus.

Collaboration & Independence

  • Works effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

Preferred education/experience: OR Required education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Applied Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of analytical or BI experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of P&C or Life/Retirement insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization, semantic modeling, reporting, and SQL-based data manipulation.

 

Salary Range:

$76,600.00 - $106,450.00
