Job Details

Creative Producer (Web + Motion + Operations)

Overview

We are seeking a hyper-organized Senior Creative Producer to serve as the "Air Traffic Controller" for the client's Brand Studio. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical delivery.

You will manage the intake, trafficking, and delivery of high-volume branded launch assets, focusing specifically on our website properties, trafficking various campaigns and managing complex digital GTM assets for launches. You are the central node connecting our internal stakeholders with a network of external creative vendors, ensuring that every asset is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.

Core Responsibilities

  • Vendor Ecosystem Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, 3D artists, and motion studios. You will handle SOWs, negotiate timelines, facilitate feedback loops, and ensure vendors have the assets they need to succeed.

  • Creative Production for Web + Motion

    • Own production workflows for web design, motion, and digital assets.

    • Oversee the production process of digital assets from Figma design to production-ready preflight. You will work directly with web developers to implement changes to the marketing site, ensuring creative intent matches the live staging and production environments.

    • Understand unique input/output requirements (CMS, staging, localization pathways, approvals).

    • Ensure assets flow smoothly from creation → review → final delivery.

    • Review staging links before launch to confirm brand accuracy and functionality.

    • Provide first-level feedback rooted in design literacy (“this spacing is off,” “wrong logo treatment,” etc.).

  • Studio Management + Trafficking

    • Manage the client's various creative intake processes. You will triage incoming requests, assign agency and internal resources, and manage the master production calendar to ensure no bottlenecks occur during critical launch windows.

    • Act as the team’s first line of defense:

      • Triage incoming requests.

      • Right-size scope.

    • Create a plan for how work gets done (timeline, resources, dependencies).

    • Manage an extremely high volume of creative asks coming from PMMs and product teams.

    • Protect the creative team’s time while supporting stakeholder needs.

  • End-to-End Launch Orchestration

    • Build and manage centralized calendars for all launches (many happening simultaneously).

    • Organize all elements and assets required.

    •  Monitor project burn rates across vendors and flag scope creep immediately to leadership.

    • Ensure PMMs and cross-functional partners have what they need at the right time.

    • Translate creatively (“designer-speak”) and operationally (“marketing-speak”)—a bilingual communicator across disciplines.

    • Coordinate timing, dependencies, deliverables, and handoffs.

  • Asset Management & Distribution

    • Serve as the final gatekeeper for quality. You ensure all deliverables—from 4K video files to optimized web SVGs—are technically correct, properly named, and organized within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

    • Track versions across multiple rounds of iteration.

    • Ensure “final-final” assets are clean, packaged, and ready.

    • Provide final assets and instructions for use.

    • Ensure consistency across every output, even when timelines are tight.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years in creative production, studio management, or digital project management, preferably within an agency or high-growth tech environment.

  • Web Fluency: You are not a developer, but you understand the web build process. You know the difference between staging and production, you ideally understand responsive breakpoints, and you know how to ticket bugs for engineering to update pages.

  • Trafficking Expertise: Proven mastery of project management. You have set up workflows and dashboards from scratch.

  • Vendor Management: Experience managing multiple external partners simultaneously, including reviewing SOWs and managing feedback rounds and scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Chops: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, or custom), and familiarity with Figma's "Dev Mode."

  • Launch Experience: Experience managing high-pressure deadlines and last-minute changes up until launch moment.

  • Process Improvement: A track record of auditing broken studio processes and implementing more efficient workflows. Need to have experience in Asana, Monday, etc

Proficiencies

  • Project Mgmt: Mostly Google Workspace, but we are open to implementing Asana

  • Design: Basics in Figma / Adobe AE, plus file handling

  • Communication: Google Workspace, mostly Chat and Meet

Asset Mgmt: Figma, Google Slides, Google Drive

Soft Skills and Culture Fit

  • 5+ years of Web design/production experience (CMS workflows, staging review, responsive layouts).

  • Ability to spot creative and brand design issues early, even if not executing the design directly.

  • Understanding of the brand integrity and ensuring it is upheld

  • Experience in creative agency environments (preferred).

  • Familiarity with Figma (navigating files, exporting assets, reviewing builds)

  • 5 + Years Highly organized, time-focused, detail-obsessed.

  • Can manage dozens of moving pieces and cross-team artifacts and deliverables across multiple launches.

  • Need to be comfortable in making judgment calls when needed

  • Love solving for complexity

  • Strong instinct for process design and launch readiness.

  • Skilled in trafficking and studio management.

  • Comfort with fast-paced delivery

  • Not looking for a PM in this role, but a Producer that is also highly operational
