The Social Content role is at the heart of SAMY’s creative and social output — bringing cultural relevance, platform fluency, and trend-savvy ideas to life. Based in Miami, this person will help shape the voice and content direction of leading Beauty, Fashion, and Lifestyle brands across social platforms, and emerging ones.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, loves experimenting with new formats, and knows how to turn trends into content that entertains, inspires, and performs.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Trends
Create breakthrough social media & content ideas.
Identify and adapt daily social trends, sounds, and formats — especially on TikTok and Reels.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop platform-first ideas and presentation decks.
Stay ahead of pop culture, social behavior, and digital storytelling trends.
Community & Brand Expression
Help define and maintain each brand’s social tone and aesthetic.
Engage with creators, fans, and communities to spark authentic conversations.
Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, brainstorms, and social activations.
Operational & Cross-Team Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with Social, Strategy, and Account teams for campaign execution.
Assist in tracking performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
Maintain a strong awareness of competitor content and best practices.
Requirements

2–4 years of experience in social media, campaign & content creation, or digital marketing.
Miami-based or open to hybrid presence.
