Partners are a key driver of our international growth. As we expand our presence across Northern Europe, we’re looking for a Senior Channel Account Manager to build and scale our regional partner ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, market-building role. You’ll identify and recruit strategic agency partners, activate co-selling motions, and drive meaningful partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to establish Customer.io as a strong partner-first brand across the region.

This role blends builder mindset with disciplined execution. You’ll help establish our channel footprint in Northern Europe by:

  • Recruiting and onboarding high-potential agency partners
  • Developing joint go-to-market strategies
  • Activating repeatable co-sell motions
  • Driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue

You’ll operate within an established global channel framework — while shaping how we expand and scale in your region.

What You’ll Do

Build the Ecosystem

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic agency partners across Northern Europe
  • Develop territory plans to expand our partner footprint in key markets
  • Create joint business plans aligned to shared revenue goals

Activate & Scale Revenue

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to closed revenue targets
  • Execute co-sell motions with Account Executives, including referrals and joint deal strategy
  • Support partner-led campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives
  • Enable partners to confidently position and sell Customer.io

Enable & Strengthen Partnerships

  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement
  • Track partner performance, engagement, and revenue contribution
  • Maintain consistent communication cadences and quarterly business reviews
  • Gather market and partner feedback to inform internal strategy

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Development teams
  • Represent Customer.io at partner meetings and select regional industry events

How You’ll Be Measured

  • Partner recruitment and activation within Northern Europe
  • Partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue
  • Execution of joint business plans
  • Consistent engagement and enablement milestones
  • Regional contribution to channel growth

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in channel, partnerships, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience recruiting and growing agency or referral partners
  • Proven ability to build new relationships and develop territory plans
  • Comfortable operating in a regional “build mode” environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence without authority
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Motivated by clear revenue targets and measurable outcomes

Structure & Collaboration

  • Own a defined territory with a mix of inbound and outbound channel partners
  • Work closely with Partner Development, Sales Specialists, and DemandGen teams
  • Partner with Account Executives on referral-based and co-sell motions
  • Operate within an established channel program and contribute execution feedback

We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $119,000 base + $51,000 variable = $170,000 USD OTE (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
