The Sr. Campaign Manager (ABM) plays a key role in the management and execution of AppFolio’s target account strategy. This role will partner closely with the marketing, business development, and sales teams to facilitate data-driven account targeting and orchestration, including 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, that drive demand and increase engagement & Sales opportunities within our top-tier accounts and strategic territories.
Your impact
Identify and prioritize target accounts using a data-driven approach, in partnership with Sales, to support their outbound strategy and overall business objectives.
Define a cadence of 1:1 and 1:few campaigns that move accounts through the sales funnel at a faster rate.
Research & craft personalized programming tailored to individual accounts, leveraging persona pain points and challenges.
Develop & execute scalable campaigns that allow us to drive engagement within our priority segments.
Create a connected, customer-first experience at regional and national events to promote awareness and drive demand.
Actively track and analyze the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, and optimize as needed.
Communicate ABM program performance and status of top accounts to key stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
Experience working at a B2B technology company, preferably SaaS.
A strong partner who can collaborate cross-functionally, manage by influence, and hold their own in discussions with senior leaders.
Someone with strong attention to detail to ensure everything we create for top accounts is of the highest quality and maintains brand standards.
Experience using Project management tools to keep projects on track and ensure they are completed on time.
A flexible mindset. You may need to pivot when a top account needs attention or a new opportunity comes up that aligns with our key business outcomes.
A self-starter who can initiate and complete new projects, measure the impact, and scale as necessary.
Must have
5+ years of experience in field marketing or marketing.
Deep understanding of marketing channels and tactics to leverage in account-based initiatives.
Experience with Salesforce, Mindtickle, or similar tools.
Commitment to travel to regional and/or national events.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $104,000 to $130,000 [base pay]. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
