We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to support our team in Montevideo!
Are you a relationship-driven commercial leader with a passion for digital advertising and social platforms? Join Aleph’s growing TikTok team and help advertisers and agencies unlock the platform’s full potential through strategic, data-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business opportunities and incremental revenue for TikTok by aligning advertiser objectives with tailored advertising solutions.
Build and strengthen relationships with executive-level stakeholders within Big6 agencies, direct advertisers, and digital teams across social, video, and mobile.
Lead consultative sales engagements, offering strategic media recommendations that address client needs and deliver measurable results.
Create persuasive, insight-driven sales propositions and presentations using market data, platform insights, and case studies.
Partner cross-functionally with Aleph’s internal teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate them to long-term partner status.
Act as a TikTok evangelist in the market — delivering product education, market updates, and thought leadership to clients and agency partners.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, deliver accurate revenue forecasts, and manage account performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic growth initiatives and operational projects.
What You Need For This Role
3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
Strong relationships with decision-makers in the local market — within Big6 agency groups and leading advertisers.
Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital advertising, with a preference for experience in self-serve, auction, or biddable ad buying platforms.
Proven success in scaling agency and direct advertiser investments.
Strong public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills — with the ability to simplify complex digital solutions into clear business value.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights and recommendations.
Energetic, creative, and goal-oriented personality with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
