Sr. Business Analyst Supplier Collaboration

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst specializing in Supplier Collaboration to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our supplier relationships and enhancing collaboration processes to drive business value.

• Analyze existing supplier collaboration processes and identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
• Develop and maintain data models to support supplier performance analysis
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights on supplier collaboration metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed supplier collaboration initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on supplier collaboration strategies
• Support the evaluation and implementation of supplier relationship management (SRM) systems
• Develop and maintain documentation for supplier collaboration processes and procedures
• Provide analytical support for supplier negotiations and contract management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related field, preferably in supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with supplier relationship management (SRM) systems and practices
• Understanding of supply chain processes and supplier collaboration best practices
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional meetings and workshops
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier sites or other company locations as needed
