What you’ll do:

Provide subject matter expertise to the government customer on the design, deployment, configuration, management, and modernization of container orchestration infrastructure.
Design, deploy, and sustain container orchestration infrastructure including node provisioning, control plane configuration, lifecycle management, and storage and networking integration while ensuring high availability, scalability, and stability.
Manage and optimize core infrastructure components and integrations such as container orchestration, CSL CNI, observability, and other plugins to ensure secure, performant, and resilient containerized workloads.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence with your knowledge and skills, and use your creativity to provide innovative solutions that fit the customer’s needs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
Possess a BA/BS in a technology related discipline
5 years of experience in designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining Al-related infrastructure; and an additional 5 years of experience in designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining containerized or virtualized infrastructure.
Possess the requisite qualifications for DoD 8140 DoD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) Role 623 Al/ML Specialist, 624 Data Operations Specialist. 628 Software/Cloud Architect, or 451 Systems Administrator.
Demonstrated experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.

SALARY RANGE: $165,000 - $207,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:

Performance-based bonuses
Company-paid training and/or certifications
Referral bonuses
