The Business Development unit is responsible for generating revenue, new business opportunities, and developing the Health of the Survey. The Sr. Account Manager, as a member of the Business Development team, has a key role in sustaining and growing market surveys through focused engagement and the conversion of non-paying participants into clients.


As a Community™ Practitioner, the Sr. Account Manager has a deep understanding of the Community™ Market product and how it can serve as a channel to access the other components of Community™.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify issues impacting the utility and delivery of Community™ Market survey data to the client as well as how clients use data to increase the relevance of the products and refine engagement;
  • Grow participation in Community™ Market surveys by expanding client engagement into broader geographic partnerships, and by converting leads into customers within the designated scope;
  • Support efforts on market research & analysis by forming strategic alliances, joint ventures, or collaborations that create mutually beneficial opportunities;
  • Initiate contact with qualified leads and establish relationships through effective communication and engagement. Utilize networking events, industry conferences, personalized emails, or social media interactions to build trust and credibility;
  • Secure sales from new partnerships and alliances, and from niche sectors aligned to delivery timelines, production schedules, and priorities of the technical teams;
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of business development efforts and approaches and recommend changes to strengthen overall team engagement capacity.
