👀 The Role

Title: Sportsbook Experience Executive

Location: Gibraltar-based. Candidates must either be currently based in Gibraltar or be eligible to work in Gibraltar.

In office requirements: You will be required to work five days out of seven each week. Remote initially until office opens, minimum of 4 days a week in the office. Flexibility required based on the sporting calendar.

This is where the action happens.

As a Sportsbook Experience Executive, you’ll sit right at the centre of the product, making sure everything customers see is accurate, up to date, and working exactly as it should.

From major football nights to last-minute team changes, you’ll be the one keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Fixing issues. Updating content. Making quick decisions that directly impact the customer experience.

It’s fast, hands-on, and high ownership from day one.

You don’t need to be an industry expert, but you do need to be sharp, proactive, and comfortable operating in a live environment where things change quickly.

You will:

• Run the day-to-day operations of the sportsbook during your shift.
• Make sure events are live, correct, and available to customers.
• Manage and update homepage content (boosts, featured events, carousels).
• React quickly to live changes like team news, pricing updates, or errors.
• Investigate and resolve settlement issues with providers.
• Support Player Support with sportsbook related queries and customer issues.
• Monitor live incidents and take action to minimise customer impact.
• Work closely with Trading, Product, and external providers to resolve problems.
• Spot issues early and take ownership to fix them.
• Help improve processes so we’re constantly getting better.
