Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Sports Betting Trader to join our team in Mostar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Odds Compilation: Collaborate with the trading team to set competitive odds and betting lines for a wide range of sporting events, ensuring accuracy and balance
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest news, trends, and developments in the sports world, and apply this knowledge to adjust betting lines accordingly
• Risk Management: Monitor betting patterns and market fluctuations to minimize the company's exposure and maximize profitability
• Trading Tools: Utilize trading software and tools to efficiently manage and update odds, positions, and liabilities
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments, including marketing, customer support, and analytics, to enhance the overall betting experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sports betting or trading
• In-depth knowledge of various sports, including their rules, teams, and players
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in using trading software and tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for sports and a desire to stay informed about current events in the sports world
• Knowledge of betting regulations and responsible gambling practices is a plus
• English skills, written and spoken, at minimum B1 level
