💊 What You’ll Do

As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work in a hospital-based pharmacy setting, blending the pace of retail with the purpose of specialty care. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter
• Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions
• Supporting pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory
• Collaborating with a team that values empathy, communication, and excellence

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week
• Rotating shifts between:
  • Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Evenings: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM EST
• Occasional Saturday shifts
• $7.50/hour shift differential for hours worked after 5:30 PM EST
• Hourly Pay Range: $21.37 – $24.88 (based on experience, skills, and location)

✅ What You’ll Need

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) – contingency start may be considered for the right candidate
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (5+ years preferred)
• High school diploma or GED

📍 Location

This is a fully onsite role in Worcester, MA. Candidates must be comfortable commuting daily.
