We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Specialist, Trustee Operations to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of trustee operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.

  • Review and execute trustee-related documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Process and update VA appraisals and related documents in the system
  • Collaborate with clients, appraisers, and legal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys via phone, email, and fax
  • Maintain and update team manuals and provide assistance to team members regarding operational issues
  • Perform quality control checks on trustee operations processes
  • Manage document recording and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in the review of foreclosure files and collaborate with the litigation team when necessary
  • Update and maintain various spreadsheets related to trustee operations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of trustee operations processes and procedures
  • Proven experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure
  • In-depth understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures
  • Experience with recording in a title or trustee capacity
  • Notary certification preferred
  • Experience with reverse mortgage services is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 4 to 5 years experience in semi-voice Mortgage process
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent
  • Must have good analytical and cognitive skills
  • Must have an eye for attention to detail
