A Technical Lead / UI Architect is responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering large-scale enterprise web applications with a focus on modern front-end technologies. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership, guiding backend team working on .NET and Java tech stack to adopt best practices and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

How will you make an impact?

  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks.
  • Provide technical direction and hands-on guidance to engineers throughout the SDLC especially engineers working in .NET and Java technologies.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for front-end development.
  • Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless, performant solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 10–15 members, including developers, leads, QA engineers, and designers.
  • Drive project planning, sprint execution, and code reviews under Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards for performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
  • Implement automated testing strategies, and code quality checks.
  • Champion initiatives for performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in front-end technologies.
  • Deep experience with Angular and other UI technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
  • Experience in Micro Services, Modular Design, Component-based Architecture, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on with Git, TFS, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker.
  • Testing expertise with Jest, Playwright.
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Figma collaboration, Agile methodologies, Jira.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and build trust.
  • Aware about AWS Services, Kafka, .NET and Java tech stack development projects.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience leading UI modernization initiatives or migrating from legacy frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud-native and serverless architectures.
  • Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise or product-based environments.
  • Passion for mentoring teams and driving engineering excellence.
