Specialist, Site Operations

1. Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy
2. Site Engr. Should follow all the Site operation processes & maintain the same
3. Technical discussion supporting for New Orders by regional sales managers.
4. Visit to Site for Site assessment & share the site updates in precise format
5. Based on site urgency, need to travel on immediate basis as & when required
6. Affiliate performance validation after every 3 months
7. Handle the site individually with affiliate team so need to take ownership while executing the work
8. Financial & company target to be adhered without compromise on Safety
9. Site Visits for critical project for Site assessment whenever required also visit for big size projects
10. HOC punctuality - Complete the Crane as per plan / agreed timeline
11. SAT issue to be taken up with Tech support to avoid repetition in future
12. ISO Audits & Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation on Team site regularly
13. Support customer for under warranty cases whenever IS Team is occupied
14. Handling Export orders execution / supervision
15. Person should use to Travel &  outdoor / Field site activity
16. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
