Specialist Quality Assurance Coordinator helps coordinate daily execution and improves consistency across processes in Chicago. The role is part of Keller Executive Search’s internal organization and supporting a growing team with evolving priorities. Day-to-day work includes practical problem solving, clear communication, and measurable progress on defined goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and maintain evidence for compliance requirements.
• Perform quality checks and document outcomes against defined standards.
• Maintain process documentation and help improve consistency across teams.
• Track corrective and preventive actions and follow up on due dates.
Requirements
• Comfort communicating findings objectively and proposing improvements.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with quality processes, audits, or operational compliance.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and escalate risks early.
• Comfort using Power BI or similar tools in day-to-day work.
