* Specialist PO Fulfillment *

This role is responsible for execution of transactional Procurement operations activities and will report directly to the PO Fulfillment Manager.

What does *role title*?

•           Key responsibilities

•           Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for accuracy and completeness.

•           Ensure correct pricing, taxes, payment terms, and delivery dates.

•           Generate Purchase Orders for approved Purchase Requisitions.

•           Manage Blanket & Contract Purchase Agreements

•           Reconciliation of Blanket & Contract Purchase Agreements with Budgets.

•           Tracking of POs against Blanket Purchase Agreement and Contract Purchase Agreements.

•           Ensure adherence to Procurement Policy and SOP.

•           Working closely with procurement sourcing personnel, function department and resolve any queries or requests with the agreed Services levels.

•           Manage Internal and External Audit on quarterly and annual basis.

•           Ensure confidentiality of procurement data (especially view-only rights handling if applicable).

•           Work in ERP system (Oracle Fusion/ SAP).

•           Monthly & quarterly reporting related to Procurement operations.

•           Key Deliverables  

•           Process improvement and automation using Digital Tools

•           Timely completion of all requests received within the SLA time frame.

•           Data governance to ensure control 

•           Ensuring data integrity for all business units and function departments

Requirements

•           Experience and Educational requirements o 1 to 2 years of relevant experience 

o Post Graduate from a reputable local/foreign University

•          Soft skills and technical skills required o Basic knowledge of Procurement & Supply Chain o Strong follow-up & coordination skills o Excellent communication / interpersonal skills o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
