Responsibilities:
Issuing domestic and foreign sales invoices and completing documents in this regard
Issuing corrective invoices for sales on the basis of complaints, return documents, and discounts
Issuing proforma invoices
Issuing advance invoices
Posting and recording of accounts payable
Monitoring of receivables and debt collection
Control over the circulation of sales documentation
Document archiving
Contact with the client
Qualifications & experience:
Minimum secondary education, preferably higher economics
Practical knowledge of Excel applications
Good organization of one's own work, regularity, reliability, ability to think analytically
Knowledge of English at a communicative level is a must
