What is Specialist Logistics Operations?

Specialist Logistics Operations is responsible to handle Cell Sites operational matters related to Logistics domain.

The role reports directly to the Regional Manager Logistics Operations with an extended team of 10team members.

What does Specialist Logistics Operations do?

• Negotiate Lease Agreement with site owners.
• Perform verification of property ownership documents.
• Liaison with TMA, Cantonment & EPA for resolution of issues pertaining to them.
• Effectively resolve the work Stop/access/theft issues on sites created by owners, neighbors and TMAs, attend court hearings, attempting out of court settlements, processing change of ownership cases.
• Coordinating with owners for renewals of expiring leases & dismantling of terminated sites.
• Liaison with the site owners for timely delivery of Rental Cheques, received from Head Office.
• Follow up with Energization vendors & WAPDA authorities for Energization of cell sites.
• Perform on field verification of jobs assigned to Suppliers and any extra work required or approved.
• Prepare reports being sent to Head Office for various Projects.
• Carryout any other task assigned by the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in relevant area.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical or equivalent.
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Exceptional problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
