Job description

Sales operation is business partner of Regional sales team to support of internal/external business related activities to achieve Company target. You will work with different functional departments including business marketing, legal, finance, trade, service and CSR in daily basis. The role also be a key driver of forecast accuracy and operation efficiency improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with GSS sales on business forecast management in timely manner
  • Responsible for the completed order to cash cycle – quoting, slotting, clean booking, LC and shipment arrangement and payment collection
  • Set milestone for business process that enable BU3 sales to systematically track and achieve quarterly target
  • Collaborate with Legal and Trade on master purchase agreement/contract negotiation and export control related documents.
  • Collaborate with Finance on bundle deal management
  • Regional owner of periodically audit process
  •  

 

Requirements/Skills:

  • >3 years of sales operation related experience. Semiconductor industry is preferred
  • Fluent English communication ability
  • Experience in SAP, CRM and BI/power BI
  • Experience in finance, trade compliance, bidding, LC and logistics management
