Job Responsibilities
1. Directs operators ensuring that all field activities are coordinated during normal, start up and emergency situations.
2. Plans and coordinates work across the process areas to ensure that operational/maintenance activities are completed.
3. Understands existing processes, procedures and practices and makes recommendations for improvement.
4. Undertakes troubleshooting of complicated operation issues across the processes areas.
5. Conducts appropriate safety staff briefings to maintain operational safety.
6. Conducts observations on unsafe/safe acts and reports in timely manner.
7. Operates and controls complicated equipment and monitors its operation across all process area. 8. Coaches and guides to less experienced operators, assessing and helping to improve their knowledge
