Ensuring governance for HR Services processes in the Eastern European region
Managing quality issues / service requests coming from the locations related to outsourced processes
Supporting outsourcing initiatives
Supporting service related transformations
Supporting locations in their non-outsourced activities in the scope of HR Services

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Several years of HR experience, Service Center background and leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of international HR practices
Experience with HR management of HR systems and data analysis tools
Demonstrated expertise in HR Services and project management
Fluent English language skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
