We are seeking an innovative, agile, data-oriented Load Management Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This position will work with our Load Management team to track our carriers and provide updates to our customers in a timely manner to ensure we provide the best-in class customer service.
Schedule: Wednesday- Sunday 7AM- 4PM CT (Monday/Tuesday OFF)
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Support customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our top shippers
Use critical thinking to identify and forecast potential challenges with load operations
Manage communication and resolve load-related challenges as they arise
Work with the customer's Transportation Management System (TMS) to ensure timely updates and accurate information
Collaborate with customers to ensure their TMS is consistently updated promptly and accurately
Utilize phone, email, SMS, and other messaging tools to consistently and proactively communicate with carrier partners and drivers to confirm and track in-progress load events
Consistently meet performance expectations in both service and tracking
Identify and report any delays or issues with upcoming, active, or past loads to key stakeholders
Support and act with urgency in tracking and tracing shipments to ensure service expectations are met
Proactively gather necessary information and drive urgency with carrier partners on upcoming load events
Collaborate with team members on the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth freight delivery
YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE:
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills; able to think outside the box
Familiarity with U.S. geography
Self-motivated, go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
Call center customer service experience is a plus
Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00 CST
