Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients looking to make hotel reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, including booking details, changes, and cancellations, while providing relevant information about the hotel properties.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service and support.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in regular training to stay informed about hotel offerings and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in the required language(s) (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory.
