Spare Parts Logistics Specialist - Germany (Fixed-term – 12 months)

Your mission

Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're thrilled to introduce a key role that ensures the seamless flow of spare parts and supports our operational excellence in Germany. 
 
 Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

• Manage daily customer order processing for spare parts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including preparing documents and carrier liaison.
• Handle inbound goods, verifying documentation, and processing goods receipt transactions.
• Oversee outbound goods, coordinating warehouse preparation and completing issue transactions.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage, loading, and material flow.
• Ensure stock accuracy through checks, cycle counts, and system updates.
• Process internal warehouse transfers, relocations, and inter-site shipments.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment data, and system transaction history.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• Strong communication skills in English (C1); German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in logistics operations, warehouse processes, or supply chain workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP, ERP, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience with spare parts, service logistics, or after-sales operations.
• Understanding of EMEA logistics flows and customs processes.
• Prior experience working with multiple warehouses or 3PL partners.
