Spanish Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent

As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and technical issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support for Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Help customers understand product features and functionalities to enhance their user experience.
• Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately for internal records.
• Work collaboratively with team members to escalate unresolved issues and improve service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep updated on product and service offerings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
