Spanish Speaking Support Centre Agent

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and helping them navigate any technical issues they may encounter.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat by providing timely and effective support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and answer inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers on our products and services to help them maximize their benefits.
• Document interactions and resolutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on products and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities are advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to assist customers.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth!
