As a Streaming Platform Support Representative, your primary focus will be to assist our Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our cutting-edge streaming platform. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries about account management, subscription details, and streaming difficulties.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about platform updates and enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or a technical role is a plus, but not mandatory!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for assisting customers in navigating our streaming platform.
