Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to partners in Spanish, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to understand their needs.
• Record and track interactions to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to implement improvements based on partner feedback.
• Engage in training opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Passion for customer service and partner engagement.
• Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-management.
