Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent multilingual support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen your product knowledge and enhance your service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
