This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who love technology and enjoy assisting customers with their mobile-related inquiries. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our Spanish-speaking customers have a seamless experience with our mobile products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers specifically related to mobile applications and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile-related issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
• Guide customers on how to use mobile features and address any questions they may have.
• Document detailed information on customer interactions for future reference and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer feedback is relayed effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge about our mobile offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical knowledge related to mobile technology and applications.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
