As a Spanish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with order processing, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your communication skills and customer-first mindset will be essential in fostering loyalty and satisfaction among our valued customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking customers to address inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with navigating our marketplace, processing orders, and managing returns or exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Work closely with the team to improve service processes and customer experiences.
• Continuously update your knowledge of products and services through training and communication with peers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
