As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding helpdesk support to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues calmly and efficiently.
• Educate clients on product features and usage to enhance their experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions for continuous service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
