Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking gamers across multiple channels (email, chat, and forums).
  • Actively monitor gaming communities, responding to player inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Gather feedback from players to improve game features and community engagement.
  • Assist in managing community events and initiatives to enhance player satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify trends and issues within the community to help inform game development teams.
  • Stay updated on gaming industry trends and community interests to provide relevant support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or community management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
  • Comfortable using various communication tools and technology.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
