Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to Spanish-speaking customers across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to deliver a positive experience.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet customer service objectives and enhance satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience in customer support is beneficial but not necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
