Your Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing outstanding support for fashion-related inquiries.
• Guide clients through our product offerings, sharing knowledge of current trends and styles to enhance their shopping experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with your team members to develop best practices for delivering exceptional service.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for fashion and a desire to help customers express their style.
• Prior experience in customer support, retail, or a related field is advantageous.
