Our team in Barcelona is expanding, and we’re looking for a Spanish‑speaking ERP Business Development Associate to join an exciting project that is transforming how companies collaborate, innovate, and scale. What You Will Do  

As part of the Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for organizations exploring ERP cloud transformation. Your mission is to identify potential customers, understand their strategic priorities, and guide them toward the right sales path. You will work with a mix of outbound calling, digital outreach, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture leads, ensuring engagement with the right decision‑makers.
  • Execute digital sales outreach using calling, social selling, and tailored messaging.
  • Plan and deliver demand‑generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess business potential and qualification criteria.
  • Analyze each prospect’s industry, business model, and IT landscape to position relevant solutions.
  • Engage CFOs, CEOs, and senior leaders of mid‑market companies in the Spanish  territory to spark interest in ERP cloud modernization.
  • Identify compelling events, strategic initiatives, and urgency drivers to accelerate engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with the Sales team, ensuring a smooth and informed handover.
  • Deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads aligned with quarterly targets.
  • Provide weekly forecasts and updates on pipeline status and next steps.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in prospecting, business development, or outbound B2B sales.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to discuss KPIs confidently.
  • Skilled in active listening, questioning techniques, rapport building, and concise pitching.
  • Resilient, proactive, and motivated by a hunter‑style sales approach.
  • Ability to engage with C‑level stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
  • Fast learner with the capacity to understand enterprise cloud applications.
  • C2 level of Spanish and advanced in English.
