Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding various electronic devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support ticketing system.
- Assist customers with product installations, configurations, and usage guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convey customer feedback and recommend enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation and resources to empower customers in using their products effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team member.
- Familiarity with electronic devices and best practices in customer support.
- Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
