Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding our subscription-based services, resolving issues and providing guidance.
• Document interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure quality service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on service offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or subscription services is a plus but not mandatory.
