Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about auction processes, bidding issues, and account assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on auction products and platform features.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
