Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients within the logistics department via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping, tracking, and other logistics-related services.
• Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on logistics trends and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the logistics sector is a plus but not mandatory.
