Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding home entertainment systems, helping them with setup, troubleshooting, and usage.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
