Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
