Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance inquiries and claims.
• Assist customers with understanding their policies, coverage options, and claims submission processes.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage documentation related to claims.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and other departments to facilitate swift resolution of customer needs.
• Stay informed about automotive insurance products, company policies, and regulatory updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in insurance or automotive sectors, is preferred.
