Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing tailored assistance and guidance throughout their journey.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our software offerings to advise clients on effective usage and best practices.
• Perform regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their satisfaction and explore opportunities for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address inquiries and enhance service delivery.
• Utilize client feedback and performance metrics to monitor account health and facilitate growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is an asset. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, or a related position within the software sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on relationship development.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical abilities to effectively interpret client feedback and data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high organizational standards.
