Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and offer product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to improve future service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed about products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in customer service or retail is advantageous, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
