Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding health and wellness products.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all interactions.
• Document all customer interactions for future reference and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer service goals.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
• A strong passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
