Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, offer product information, and effectively resolve any issues.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support continuous improvement in service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about health products and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or health-related fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
